The Romantic Preacher
The Romantic Preacher is a writer, minister, and creative whose passion for love and God’s Word has guided every season of his life.
He co-founded The Captive Project, an urban ministry that reached countless lives through storytelling and faith.
A husband, father, and lifelong artist, he expresses his heart through writing, music, and ministry — blending art and faith into one message: never give up on your mission.
The Book That Hope Wrote is his debut collection — a body of work born from pain, refined by grace, and preserved by hope.
The epic tail of Grace failing on me
The Book That Hope Wrote is a living testimony of resilience, heartbreak, and redemption — told through the timeless rhythm of poetry.
Each poem was born in the raw moment of its creation, reflecting one man’s journey through loss, longing, faith, and love.
This book isn’t merely about pain — it’s about what rises from it: the quiet strength that endures when love fades and only faith remains.
Every word is a step toward healing. Every verse is a breath of new hope.
Happy Clients
The Book That Hope Wrote is such an inspiring work. I believe that everyone, at whatever phase of life’s journey, can relate to the stories shared. There is a story for everyone.
Honestly, these days, I usually get tired while reading, to such a point that I can literally sleep on a page, BUT NOT SO with this book.
I read with enthusiasm, each page making me more eager to keep reading as the writer captures the reader’s attention with his personal experiences.
I was especially intrigued by the chapter : “If God didn’t send you, then who in the heaven did?”
Here, the writer questions God about his work, his worth, his blessings, and his weakness, much as Job does in the Bible. Finally, God presents his HOPE. This chapter resonates with me because I am also patiently trusting that heaven stores all my requests and sends my package, too. THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR EVERYONE.

Wow, God has really transformed your mess into a powerful message of encouragement and inspiration. I’ve read part of the book, and it feels like I am watching a movie or a real-life TV show. You know, the story of your life experience is attractive, a single line, a few words draw you in as you read them, as you hear the words play back in your mind, you feel you need to know more, to read more, to walk the path. Your story is like a guide leading one from the gulley onto the mountain top of joy, life, and fulfilment. I loved the statement you made somewhere in the book: ‘What began as survival has now become revival.’
Your book is something else. I love it. The Lord has dug a deep well, a spring of living water in you, and it will quench the thirst of many and minister hope and give life to the dying…

This book encouraged me because, at times, I thought I was alone in what I was feeling. Still, I realized that it is people out there who feel the same as I do, and the inspiration to not give up on love, joy, and happiness is a plus, even when things don’t look, feel, or come across like we think they should. We know that God is there. We can trust God completely. I genuinely love the hope that this book gives us. Thank you, Preacher of Hope

Prayer for Vision and Hope
Lord,
I pray that You would give my husband a vision for his future.
Help him to know that Your plans for him are good — to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Fill him with wisdom, spiritual understanding, and faith to walk in Your will.
May he live guided by Your Spirit, never in fear or doubt.
Show him that even what seems impossible is possible with You (Luke 18:27).
Give him purpose, passion, and divine goals that bring You glory.
Keep him fruitful, steadfast, and hopeful in every season of life.
When his journey ends, may he enter eternity with peace and joy, knowing he lived for You.
Until that day, may he find his vision — and his hope — in You.
Amen.
